Stars Inc SLU is an entertainment group based in Saint Lucia providing live dance, fire entertainment, cultural performances and event experiences. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy refer to Stars Inc SLU.

2. Personal data we collect
When you submit a booking enquiry through our website we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Event type, date, location and approximate guest count
- Any details you choose to share in the message field
- Your IP address and browser user-agent (for security and fraud prevention)
3. How we use your data
We process your personal data on the lawful basis of legitimate interests (responding to a booking enquiry you have initiated) and, where applicable, the basis of contract (taking steps to enter into a booking with you). Specifically we use your data to:
- Reply to your enquiry and discuss your booking
- Send you a confirmation that we have received your enquiry
- Plan and deliver any event you book with us
- Maintain records for accounting, dispute resolution and tax purposes
- Detect and prevent abuse of the website (rate limiting, IP logs)
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our hosting provider (Krystal Hosting Ltd, UK) which stores the website database and email logs
- Our email delivery infrastructure (the mail server attached to our hosting)
- Professional advisers (accountants, legal advisers) where strictly necessary
- Public authorities where we are legally required to do so
5. International transfers
Our website infrastructure is hosted in the United Kingdom. If you contact us from outside the UK, your enquiry data will be transferred to and stored on UK-based servers. The UK has data protection laws considered adequate by jurisdictions that we typically receive enquiries from.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep booking enquiries for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting event, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
7. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to our legal obligations)
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Receive your data in a portable format

We use HTTPS across the entire website, store enquiries in a secure database with prepared statements, hash administrator passwords with bcrypt, and apply rate limits and lockouts to deter abuse.
